Viget: Rails Engine Testing with RSpec, Capybara, and FactoryGirl

How to replace the default Test::Unit generated test skeleton for a new Rails engine with Rspec, etc. Not sure it will be absolutely accurate for Rails 4, but I imagine the steps will be mostly the same.
