An indepth blog post for people interested in Ruby. Get's into intermediate and advanced intermediate stuff pretty quickly, but has some nice "if you are tempted to do this because of your background in another language, here's the Ruby way instead" type pointers.
Thorough, a good resource for someone coming from another language. If you are totally new to programming, step 1 will probably keep you quite busy for some time.
